      I can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Staff is unable to communicate in the English language. Tries to renegotiate salary after you have received an offer. Will switch you from W-2 to 1099 so they can avoid paying their share of your taxes. Difficult to get them to pay you or communicate when they will pay you as if it’s a moving target.

      We are sorry to hear that and inconvenience caused to you and we will surely look into this. And sir we never switched any employee from W2 to 1099, but sometimes we got requests from them to do so, when they are not willing to get W2 taxes deducted from their payroll.
