After the merger between Alps Alpine things are not the same... Alps bought Alpine but everyone on the Alpine side of the company was promoted and most of the Managers are micro managers. Alps Managers and several employees were pushed out in the last year or left prior to the merger.
There is a lack of reasonable leadership and clear vision between both companies. The Alps part of the business was self-sufficient with employees largely being trusted. The company does have a solid footprint for the future but the work culture has declined a lot in the last 2 years
Raises are average 1-3% and bonuses are pretty minimal. They are not doing a great job at promoting or raising the salaries of current employees. You are better off negotiating a higher salary when you start and expect minimal increases
