They provide you good work in all the areas of a particular location, you get a good platform to learn how the primary data is collected.

Though u get a good platform to learn how the primary data is collected, but you don't get to know how the data is analyze.

Pros
Huge company (exactly a group of companies, working in construction of everything and production of building materials, transportation etc.) Interesting projects (including foreign ones) Perfect balance of work and life
Cons
Wage arrears (do not pay salaries during 2-3 months is norm for the company) Black and grey salary (a lot of employees work without official contract)
