Pros
This is like a candy store for geeks. Employee discount is a significant perk on some items. Some genuinely personable employees in the branch locations. Intel sales partnership program has some nice goodies once in awhile. Technically, there's a 401K plan with matching- if you can somehow afford it.
Cons
Capricious and inconsistent discipline, and abysmal communication are regular experiences here. The vision and fire have gone out of this company. Make no mistake, this is a retail company - and you will be paid retail wages, even in management and highly technical positions. I recommend everyone learn important customer service skills, and this opportunity awaits you here if you are tech savvy. I cannot recommend anything else about this company.
