Failing to find any pros for working here

Cons

No support to staff, will hire and fire to save pennies, will keep on younger staff to save on salary funds, CEO’s and HR team simply there to scare you into hard work for little reward, incredibly low pay for the amount of work. No review or progression available, young female staff highly favoured by management

We would always take time to listen to what our staff have to say, and we genuinely do listen and care. It is very sad to us that this is your current view of Alton Cars.

Great team in branch (worked at 2 branches) Free uniform Early finish on a Friday

Cons

Management do not care about customers or staff, they only want insurance company money. In my dept we were told to tell customers things that were not true (eg parts delay) instead of the truth that we had too much work booked in. Head office have no idea what branches are coping with. If you complain, they move or sack you
