      Pros

      The owner has technical background and adopted a lot of latest technologies to improve the efficiency. Clean work environment and good teamwork culture with everyone helping each other.

      Cons

      Through out my time, it has always been very heavy workload with limited resources so people in the office have to wear multiple hats, which can be very stressful sometimes.
