Thank you for the feedback. I wanted to jump in here and provide you a response directly from me, because that’s what I think you deserve. I apologize we did not live up to our standards of creating an amazing place to work for you. We let you down. I take full responsibility for our previously too rapid, too chaotic list of priorities. We see so much opportunity to help people with our products and services, it’s hard not to want to do all of them at once. We’ve learned the hard way we must focus on what we do best and what can have the best impact. We now place a year out in advance with the involvement of the team and managers to determine what’s most important to focus on and what we will not do. Everyone has access to the full strategic plan and financial performance so we all know where we’re going and how everyone fits into the plan. We do offer a flexible work-from-home arrangement. Every Friday every employee works from home. We also are flexible with working from home as our team members need it to attend to important matters in their lives. We also offer above-market compensation in addition to bonuses, a great health insurance plan, and more for our team members.
