I would stay away - it was the worst experience I had in over 6 years of being in the gaming industry.
Pros
Competitive salary - if you play your cards well. Diverse range of outsourced projects. Good office location. Normal benefits when it comes to medical insurance and meal tickets. Ability to do overtime. Some personal growth opportunities might be available depending on your needs.
Cons
A lot of false advertisement when it comes to company goals and values. Unreliable management that doesn't assume responsibility for their mistakes or bad decisions. Truth is always sugar coated or hidden. Teams are built in a hurry, people are not always aware of their tasks or incoming projects. Feedback is almost nonexistent except from the times they need to push someone under the bus. Clients are being lied to when it comes to the service quality that they can truly provide. Unorganized and messy project handling. Clients are often unsatisfied with their services. Low quality standards. Quantity and speed is highly appreciated - quantity over quality is surely an unspoken motto in the company. Very corporate attitude when it comes to people management, even if the company still presents itself as a "startup" friendly environment. Usually, the company roles are given based on nepotism or personal preferences not really skills and experience. This can be checked - a lot of family members are placed in higher up positions.
