      Pros

      This company is basically peak 90s Chicago Bulls - everyone is at the top of their game. Not a single person has an ego, and there are no traces of a toxic work environment. People are kind, thoughtful, engaging, considerate, and highly intelligent in their field. Work-Life balance was incredible and allowed me to appreciate and thrive in a WFH environment.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, layoffs happen so my time will soon be over here, but there may be opportunities for others in the future so I hope this information serves you well, to whomever may be reading this. The only small downside I have is that I chased a Senior title longer than I felt was necessary, but would have come to me had the aforementioned layoffs not happened.

      Pros

      Extremely genuine and empathetic culture. The company is focused on cutting through the BS in robotics and delivering value, while also developing it's people.

      Cons

      It can be intense, not great if you're just looking for a cushy job.
