Central location, WFH, fake smiles, buffet in office Colleagues are generally friendly, supportive, and enjoyable to work with.

Cons

High turnover, fake smiles. The environment is highly KPI-focused, which can create pressure and affect morale depending on the team structure. Training and development support could also be improved, especially for consultants who are still growing in the industry. Employee experience may vary significantly depending on the manager and team assigned.
