      Face fits culture, no support, long hours, negative experience. Management unapproachable for help as they don't have a clue themselves! Don't expect any support whatsover! The good reviews on here...laughable ! They are based with In house pressure to complete! All about Ratings and management hitting there Targets, Same pressure to also push customers to give a review on Trust pilot, and if you don't??? You are named and shamed on a in house community group! Bullying techniques used by management and colleagues.

      You have to be careful and ensure you keep work time and personal time separate as you can find yourself working far more hours than asked by the business but this is trying to ensure all tasks paperwork and admin is complete each day.
