This company has potential, but they change their focus frequently. You never know what you need to be doing. Way too many cooks in the kitchen and a lot of power struggles. If you are not part of the "cool" crowd, you will be singled out and constantly monitored. There is a lot of drama and the inside staff at the branch level is not helpful, in fact they are destructive and gossipy. Operation Managers are very unhappy and you know it. A lot of people stay because they don't want to or can't find a new job. Not a great testament.
