Pros

Work from home, make your own schedule

Cons

They mislead you and greatly embellish numbers to make the earning potential greater than it really is. They always talk about top agents and how many agents are doing so well and yet they can't provide more calls for other agents to listen to and learn from. The leads are horrible and most people never even filled out a form. If they did, they are bombarded with so many calls, they don't even want to talk. The chargebacks are bad.

Pros

Work from home. Licensing department was helpful and worked as a team.

Cons

One week of training ended up 3 days of training and they were trying to push me to take client calls when I could not even login to access half the products that would be needed to sell the correct products. The dialer system bombards people with so many calls, at the beginning every 5 minutes that they are so mad when you finally reach them they just want to be taken off the call list. The job is basically babysitting the dialer for 7 hours of the day just entering dispositions. When you do reach an interested person maybe 2 times per day you have to log into a carrier website while the client is on the phone and it takes couple minutes to run the quote for them before they get tired of waiting. Out of apx 180 agents maybe the top 20 make a good income. They are doing weekly training of about 15 agents at a time-so very high turnover. All the agents in my training class had higher morals than the management. One trainee wanted to sell a superior product that she knew from a previous job it would give better benefits to the client and the manager told her, he doesn't sell it since there is less commission to sell that product.

Pros

Freedom of time (for the 1st few months)

Cons

Management will say that they are there for you, but refuses to answer emails or calls. Terrible leads. Management will claim that leads are exclusive to AIO but they are not. Chargebacks are horrible.
