lots of benefits if your manager or the higher ups like you. just depends who you know. some managers are amazingg
Cons
The favoritism is in your face. So many people report to their parents... so many don't know how to do their job (thank you nepotism)! Very unfair and unprofessional. No yearly raises unless you are a favorite. Bad communication.
