Pros
No hierachy within team. Everyone comes together to work as a team. Great colleagues who are willing to help each other.
Cons
I will not say this as a con as the company has zero tolerance for individuals who bring in office politics and bad attitudes as this is a young team so culture is of most importance to cultivate a positive working environment.

Good learning exposure Knew alot about asset management and fund service industry Consultants are willing to share their experiences.
Cons
Bias management Directors are very manipulative Commission pay are unclear Politics in the company are a serious issue Not as friendly/helpful/teamwork as they say Need to play along with their games No proper discussion/warnings from the upper management before you got fired
