      There is a lot of freedom to teach how you want, and to create your own resources.

      Cons

      There is no pay transparency, and there is not a set pay scale based on years of experience like many other districts in different states.

      Pros

      The time off is nice, and the pay is better than most districts in Tucson.

      Cons

      They do not always pay on time, there is issues at district level that then impacts the schools. It's not the best right now.
