      Devon is a nice place to work

      Cons

      Micromanagement, incredibly tight when it comes to expenses and overtime, they go as far as using google maps to work out the shortest route you could have taken if you submit mileage forms. Antech is the only company I've heard of that paid time and a quarter for weekend working, even when project deployments were dependent on people putting in extra time.

      AnTech are small company with an exciting future. All staff are very friendly and it’s a great environment to work in for personal growth.
