      Pros

      -Management is bad, so its easy to slack off -since you get in early you get to leave really early -you get a very long lunch break

      Cons

      -the management is horrible, everything controlled by head manager -there is a huge discrepancy between mangers in one department to another -be wary of high turn over rate -very low wage
