Pros
There are no pros to working for this company. If a no star rating could be left, then that is the preferred option. I would like to dedicate this one star to my colleagues of which got me through the worst of jobs... My mental health suffered as a result of working for this company. The culture is ROTTEN from the Top; HR, Managerial and all through the way down. The HR are unfair. The TURNOVER is laughable. The company would quicker defend their top paying clients over their overworked and dedicated staff.
Cons
BE VERY CAREFUL... Managers will lie and orchestrate their own narrative in order to 'get you out'. The CEO does nothing to support staff members which is very disheartening. All of the management are not to be trusted... whilst some are overtly against you, others will try and manipulate you in to sleeping with them. One of the people who was eventually promoted, uttered the 'n word' to a black colleague and nothing was done about this. One of the people who was promoted was sleeping with multiple members of management. The managers follow an unfair dismissal process. The management is unequipped and it is sad to see this company acquire contracts in actually diverse companies, when Anabas continually shows it lacks it's own diversity. There are no pros to working for this company. I was unfairly dismissed, and as a result my mental health suffered. Managerial staff were sleeping with colleagues who were then promoted over other skilled workers. Managers were sleeping with each other and ganging up on their staff. There was a pattern of unfair dismissal of Ethnic minorities. HR was manipulative and unfair.
