At the time of joining they will put u in cloud 9.... You can easily clear the interview (Software) . Non It it is OK I heard.

Funniest thing is you will not get your original offer letter.... (First company in the WORLD), with out that you will not get any job out side, that is the master plan behind that.. hmmmm. You have to submit your original certificates with them, they will do back ground verification for one year (keeping them in the shelf), since that time you should not ask. second master plan to hold the employe Worst management - They don't know any thing about Software Industry.. They are not dealing with software projects hardly 1 or 2 with 5 to 8 people. HR: they are like puppets, they are good for nothing, what ever you ask they have only one answer, I have to ask the director, to get leave also... There are no project managers, no delivery managers, all in one is director (Who does not know any thing about software industry), if he doesn't like you , you are gone.. he will stop your salary, you never get leaves, you will not get your certificates immediately. Don't give any original certificates, They will keep with them and black mail... Cheap tricks, like stopping your salary... And stop your final settlements... Getting Relieving letter is a BIG DRAMA....................>>>>>>>>>>>>>> They will FIRE you at any moment if they don't like... (NOTE: here like means the so called director should like you, not only your work..You should be obedient like how you used to be to your headmaster in your school days) And final thing is once you are out of the company, and some thing is pending from them , they will play with you, at least they will not allow you inside premises. (They will tell the security to not allow). If you call the HR to go inside, the simple answer is , THEY HAVE TO GET THE PERMISSION FROM .......... DIRECTOR..... very funny right.. but in that situation you will get frustration. No team outings, Never get encouragement, No training, trust me you feel like you are working in a not it environment. Never expect promised (salary breakup) bonus or variable pay.

It is worst company possible. There is nothing positive about this company.

They are worst payer and I have heard after working for 5 years also you won’t cross 30k monthly. They used to have hiking cycle every April which they have changed to August and they denied to pay the arrear which you are supposed to pay which is almost criminal. They have reduced the causal leaves to 18 in year which is 5 short of industry standard and if you take one leave more with valid reason, they will still cut LOP. There is no comp off for working Saturday and there is no overtime but if you come 30 minutes late they might give you warning or count it as half day. Full company relies on MD words who is so greedy that I can’t explain. He thought that employees are overusing tissues so he has ordered to put one cloth towel which is being used by all the employees so think about hygiene. They keep on changing hiking cycle and never pay arrears for example if you got last hike in April so as per rules you are supposed to get next hike in April next year, if company fails to do so and pay hike in September then they are bound to pay arrears from April to September which they don’t pay and eat up employee salary which is already lowest in the industry. MD never signs anything on time and employee suffers because of late payment of salary. There is no system in place, they just do whatever they want: Reduced yearly leaves Working saturdays if they want. There is no compensation but if you take one leave extra they will cut LOP No employee welfare. They are treated like bounded labours and for small things they will be called in a meeting and get shouted at For every problem, MD has been called to and he always thinks about money. Even malls which are free; provides napkins on hygiene grounds, you can’t just put a cloth towels for every one to use They play with employee salary. They eat up arrears.
