Ancilla employees travel between two time zones which means some meetings start VERY early and reaching people at the end of the day is difficult. Also, it is difficult to get clear answers about how the organization is linked to other organizations that are in regular meetings. Information comes out with time but you do not always get the answer you are looking for when you believe you are asking a straightforward question that should have a straightforward answer.
I also think their annual reports, newsletter, marketing materials, and website need a team of people to make them look cohesive and enticing. It seems they are stretching staff too thin and mistakes are made as a result.
