Truly amazing coworkers… until they leave or get laid off Air conditioning, sometimes

Cons

Man, where do I start? Mismanagement is an understatement, labor laws and OSHA don’t exist (even though you will be required to take safety tests every year that have nothing to do with your job), the pay is BEYOND abysmal, they can’t maintain leadership to save their lives, but like everyone else has said, at least the coffee’s free!

Interview Process was good. For my area they made sure to train me in Soft Goods Fabrication before letting me work on NDA related work. I got to learn a lot in the span of 10 months.

Cons

I got terminated out of nowhere due to lack of funding that they weren't transparent about with the lower staff.
