Focus to reduce costs through various means is, in areas questionable. The demand on staff is excessive as a result of minimal staff numbers.

no investment, constant presure to reduce spending, very little if any support, dont care about customers anymore, people are just tools to be used and abused

All the cons outlined below to motivate you to look for a new job away from this hell

Cons

- old fashioned company with old methods of working - terrible managers, they will never defend you - training non existent - the CEO can not string together words correctly in an email without bad grammar and punctuation - blatant bullying, harassment and discrimination from senior staff - no direction or thought planning, always in a rush to hit targets and make money fast then think of the consequences after - 95% of the staff are uneducated and unprofessional
