      only the people you are working with

      Cons

      unfair management and make some favourites decisions to some employees if you do not have any other choice then live with it but as a whole you will feel depress and let down by your line management

      Pros

      Good for contractors as work is not challenging. Graduates can do the job but contractors are preferred here. Join as contractor n make money.

      Cons

      There is no proper tracking of who does what. It's all crap management. You gain no skills or knowledge working here. Technical management has a long way to go.

      Work flexibility, sales meetings. Work with latest technologies and top players. Experienced sales team.

      Cons

      Old facilities, management keeps making minor improvements or modifications to the building. No planning further than next week. Crazy customer-sales-division discussions with stupid promises. Years behind competition as R/D investment was cut down due to poor sales results, due to no R/D investment.
