      Pros

      Some good people who are unfortunately held back. Benefits good and package fair. Locations throughout the Uk which makes commuting to offices easy and affordable.

      Cons

      Huge management structure creating lack of single direction for business. Numerous acquisitions over the years and management continues to grow. Bad attitude and in most cases busy bodies who have no real talent.
