The Good Works program they developed donates a mean through Second Harvest Heartland for every hour one of their consultants bills and every hour an internal employee works, so you feel like you're really giving back and doing good with your work. It's the only company I've ever been proud to work for. They also really care about their consultants. They work with their clients to find the right fit for both sides because they know that everyone benefits if every side is happy and has what they need. They're up front with their consultants and with their clients, so there's no hidden agenda or anything. The CEO & Founder is still deeply involved and makes sure the vision and mission stays intact, and I think that's a huge part of their success.
