1.They never respect their employees and treated u as slave.if you can then you will be good for them.actually there are some slaves who love this and they will not leave that company. 2.policy can be change anytimes,actually when u put your resign that time u will get to know the actual policy. 3.if someone want to join read the statement- This year 150+ experienced employee put resignation due to torture and policy. 4.they always tried to compite with QK,thats really funny. 5.lots of politics,money minded CEO,they have monitoring setup in their home to monitor their employee😅 6.and yes if you are seeing some 5starts reviews, was posted by their family members only. 7.you will not get any fund for team lunch

1. They don't even care about their employee .Even if you are suffering(from illness or any issue) they call their slave masters (Team Leads or Managers) to call you immediately for work. 2.They don't even have humanity.Violating all the laws of government. 3.There is no Management. but they appointed one Big Slave i.e HR who always works or you can say as a political slave of owner and his family.She puts her own idea for saving her position,to make the employee suffer in many ways.you will never get to know she is the main culprit behind all this. 4.If you are seeing 5 star for this company that must be posted by their family or the Oriya slaves who dont have any idea about technology but they made them as TL OR Manager.These TL or M has one specific criteria of being a dog or having a criteria of whispering everything to owner and his family. N.B:- If you guys are working there then you already know for which TLs or M, I am writing this about and be aware ,don't tell everything to them as a friend, as they always whisper the same in the ear of their so called sir or madam. 5.If you are an employee then you never know and hear about any policy but if you put resignation then they will made their own policy to make you suffer. 6.Guys my recommendation is not to join this organisation and ruin your career.there are many place where you can harness it. 7.If you are Marathi guy then they will never care , bcz they always give priority to oriya people as slavery only can be done by them. I always wondering ,they are coming a long way form odisha ,and by getting 13-17 k ,how they are surviving in Mumbai?? Really hats-off to my oriya friends. 8.Hike will be very less.If you put resignation ,then they will ask you how much hike you want.till then no hike even you are doing well. 9.They will make you an engineer(like a salesman) to roam around the entire Mumbai for their so called project even you cant deny that.
