Pros

Decisions made quickly, always striving for improvement, great team.

Cons

Corporate policy feels like it is starting to interfere at Region level. Market forces are pulling staff away, if you want to be the best you need to pay to keep the best. Watch out!

Pros

The guys you work with , including OIMs, Supervisors and tTechnicians, are all top drawer. Knowledgeable and helpful. Also a lot of good humour too which helps the two weeks go in quicker. Financial package is average - not so great if you are younger or have been an apprentice or designate with the company. Those guys are really underpaid and pretty disheartened

Cons

Financial package is average - not so great if you are younger or have been an apprentice or designate with the company. Those guys are really underpaid and pretty disheartened. The support and communications from onshore, particularly onshore management, is all over the place. Communications of changes to work processes and practises are particularly poorly rolled out.
