Pros

Helpful colleague, salary on time

Cons

1) Very strict environment, even not allowed talking with a colleague while working hours, even they don't know what we are discussing or talking, may it's related to work. 2) Mobiles strictly not allowed 3) Fixed timing, only 1 break i.e. lunch break with 45 minutes fixed only if you missed then you will not allow sitting for lunch later. 4) Hired and fired management. 5) lot's of stupid rules and regulation 6) Hr and company say differently at the time of the interview, once you join, the company says differently. 7) Employees join the company but later on seeing companies environment they leave in a short period of time 8) Even they count the number of times we go to the washroom

Pros

1) The work environment is excellent over here. 2) Everything planned and well co-ordinated. 3) Every employee is considered essential and valuable. While taking a decision, the opinion of every single team member is regarded to be necessary. 4) Salary on time. 5) Supporting colleagues. 6) Leaves approved during an emergency without any constraint. 7) Senior management and senior team members are supportive and highly skilled with experience of working in great organizations. 8) Events and days celebrated with great joy.

Cons

The only difficulty I see is we have 9 hrs working and Saturday working for 1st and 3rd week. It's not that bad as you think, but you have to suggest one, so I found under my experience the only one drawback

Set aside the pressure and strictness of the company, they are playing with the salaries of their employees There is error in calculation of the salary because of some illogical calculation metrics of the company to which account department give excuses like- 'Since February has 28 days, it will get settled there' The Hr has no powers in the hand, she is only present for hiring people and giving false promises The office has depressing and worst infrastructure and interior Seats are extremely uncomfortable and desk is super congested to keep anything apart from the computer Upper management is confused and keep on changing the strategy frustating the task performers Team work can never be possible in the company because the management make assesment policies creating conflicts among the individuals The late coming salary deduction policy is irritating and it is another way of deducting more than paying the employees There is no mention of 'Meternity Leaves' in the company policy for which they will sometimes get charged by the court The employer doesn't understand what employee ATTRITION rate mean so there is no efforts made to retain the employee The bathroom is so close to the siting area that everyone can listen to the bathroom noises clearly making it absurdly funny somtimes The company has favorism for some old and unnecessarily obidient employees and keeps on testing the actually talented employees The negativity of the work environment has started making the employees sick and demotivated to work The employees efforts are often times being judged by some outsiders or people having no basic knowledge of the field You are allowed to take breaks only if you are a smoker, sober people are not even allowed to see anywhere else apart from computer screens There are always people keeping a watch on you and your desktop which becomes creepy sometimes Employees can not talk to the employee sitting next or can not do anything apart from work
