Local Self Government having direct interaction and contact and dealing with merchants /public/traders and like.To provide services and facilities on demand after getting technical sanctions and aaproval from various related authorities
Cons
no promotion.No work appreciation.Totally politically motivated authorities so only politics instead of promotion of institute.internal politics like Defamation game from non technical major staff to demote having no political contacts or relations.
