      There are some nice people.

      Cons

      Terrible commission scheme with lots of loop holes. Senior management treat consultants like children. High performative KPI’s Management change strategy constantly Commonly have ‘bd power hours’ Encourage unpaid weekend working Not flexible at all High turnover and no investment in consultants Very old school recruitment mentality Very close minded Encourage bullying Constantly post fake jobs Leadership always threatens to take away commission for ‘bad’ admin Favouritism shown for consultants Only benefit is a ‘beer fridge’ with nothing to positively impact the culture of the business
