Lots of Autonomy and flexibility how you run your desk. Experienced professional who you can leverage and seek for advice.
Lots of potential to grow your career
Cons
None, it was a great place - You get what you put in.,,,,
My feedback on management such as The Audit top biller is that he is a solid recruiter however should just focus on individual billings. Not selfless enough to be a manager which is fine.
