Lots of room to grow. Own opinion is appreciated. Young and dynamic company.
Cons
Because of the dynamic environment it requires taking ownership, responsibility and a learning mindset. This can be difficult to thrive in if you are looking for a mapped path within your job. For me this is no downside, but can imagine it can be if you value a very structured way of working.
