      Friendly, helpful, welcoming and fun colleagues and management who are always on hand to support you with ANYTHING you need / Flexible start and finish times / Reward and recognition schemes including individual and group incentives / Training given so can be upskilled / Actual job in itself is enjoyable and rewarding / Parking space / Modern office makes for a nice working environment / Company has been built up on and has good values which are encouraged to be shown by all / Encouragement for employee-feedback so the business works well for everyone / Regular 1-2-1s and Appraisals to check your progress / Professional and sometimes relaxed dress-code / Placed around plenty of shops and food places

      Cons

      Downsides would probably just be personal issues which don't stem from the business itself e.g. travel time / and depending on your role you may have to help out with out-of-hours/on-call on a rota...
