You are right, we do offer great employee discounts as a benefit! While working shifts are fixed at Apparel Group there may situations where our team members are requested to work excess hours to support the business on account of necessities beyond our control. However, we make sure that all employees are offered compensatory offs to ensure they can take some personal time off to balance their hectic schedules. Recently we introduced a hybrid working model twice a week for our office employees so that they could work closer to their frontline stakeholders who work out of stores. This in turn has cut travelling hours offering them a better work life balance.
