Very few people will have a long term future but might be good in the short-term

Pros

Fun and exciting atmosphere at the office, good group of people to work with, very strong focus on developing you as a person (but not really transferable skills), quite a few competitions within the companies

Cons

Very long hours which were not flexible unless you want to risk getting fired without any notice, long drives to sites up to ~2hours away, no fun in the rain, 100% commission based salary so very unpredictable and frustrating, an almost cult-like mentality to make sure everyone is positive and hitting targets

Field sales representatives are contracted on a self-employed basis and, as such, your hours are flexible and under your control. These roles are paid on performance. Scam company with cult like tactics where they dupe people into thinking that they're all gonna be managers and owners while working LONG HOURS and getting little to no pay
