      Pros

      Good people and free coffee.

      Cons

      Poor culture. Gender bias in hiring practices and promotions. All department directors are female. Poor compensation. Racist attitudes throughout senior management (do not bother applying if you are not a White Christian). Very aged senior management and client base.

      Pretty cool if you fit in

      Cons

      Very cliquey. They pick and choose who they like. If you don't fit in, YOU WILL KNOW. They make sure to only include their golden boys/girls in all their big projects/social events. Don't work here unless you're an open extrovert. Terrible social environment.
