It looks like the CEO forced a bunch of his employees to stuff Glassdoor with a bunch of 5-start reviews after he got a run of 1-star reviews. That's the kind of person you will be dealing with when you work at this company. Buyer beware. The CEO likes to jerk people around. He is fond of taking people from his competitors, stealing their contacts, and the showing them the door with his foot. I even seen him recruit people from far away and then reduce their salary once they are on the job a few months. If you not from the area, don't take a chance on this company. It will be the biggest mistake of your life. It will cost you lots of money. I've seen happen to too many people. And the shop is a total mess. I cannot believe they get their shipments out on time.
