a lot of nice people who are good at their jobs and very smart

Cons

smart employees held back by incompetent and inexperienced leadership. Good place to coast, you won't grow or learn anything, or be paid a lot, but you also won't have to do much compared to other companies

Very little career growth for any one, lousy merit increases. Too much red tape to go through with Hormel parent company.
