      Excellent Work Life Balance, great people. Stable environment

      Pros

      Office culture is great, management is genuine and tries very hard to create a positive, flexible atmosphere. If you show you can work hard they'll give you lots of leeway to shine.

      Cons

      You'll have to be patient to move up, there's not a lot of turnover and currently not a lot of expansion (company just got bought by Trustwave) but if you're motivated and show value they'll find ways to make it happen.

      The product is excellent. The leadership team is well-aligned. Overall communication could be improved. However, small-group communication is pretty good.

      Cons

      Pay is "OK". Training budget is too low.

      It’s okay about work-life balance, work activities, friendly environment and e.t.c. From benefits 13th salary + extra pay for wedding and born child

      Cons

      Economical. Last few company parties were declined or very simple. Salary below market.
