      Pros

      Vanessa, the CEO does a fantastic job of making sure her employees are taken care of and goes above and beyond in terms of providing for them, with snacks and beverages provided to us at no cost, as well as surprise lunch, or surprise breakfast for staff occasionally. The way they care and take care of clients is next to none, and management team makes sure there is no ill will or negativity circulating that isn't nipped at the bud.

      Cons

      Schedule changed are frequent because call offs of clients and staff moved people around.

      Pros

      Flexible with days off, lets you pick up hours when you want as long as there are clients that need covered. They pay for your RBT full training with Safety Care. Staff are so supportive and helpful so you are never alone. Days off for holidays. The owner of the company Vanessa steps in a lot to support staff with clients as needed and goes above and beyond to show staff appreciation through ordering food for everyone. Feels like a big family. Extra appreciation is shown through an app they have that you can use your points for gift cards and extra money. 401K offer

      Cons

      Schedules can change a lot especially as staff members call off last minute. Paid holidays off throughout the year are only paid to you covering 2-4 hours depending on if full time or part time, the rest of the hours you have to use your personal PTO for. If you don’t tell supervisors about your concerns then they won’t get met so don’t be afraid to speak up.
