Ineffective management. Micromanagement comes from CEO. Company values cheapness vs creativity. Compensation is disturbing considering the size of a reps territory and having to fight to get on contract. Despite being a smaller company, this one is unable to even communicate between departments. They cant launch products with any marketing materials on time. The leadership is so scared to do anything different because they're worried about short term loss vs long term gain.
