      Ok if you like being taken advantage of?

      Cons

      No benefits, raises, no backup person so you are unable to get sick or take vacation or day off. Guards hired there now are beginners and speak little english.No appreciation for hard work or loyality,much better companies out there to work for.

      They are like no other security companies out there. The management staff takes time to know and understand each and every employee and treat everyone with respect and dignity.

      They work you a lot of hours with paid overtime.

      Pros

      Getting your security license is the only good thing about this company. Also meet some decent security officer that could do a lot better away from this company.

      Cons

      Owner is cheap likes to not pay for hours that you work, can't mail out your check stubs or have them brought to the job site when requested, doesn't care about any of the employees that aren't African American.
