      Pros

      Appspace provides a fantastic environment with great people who are always ready to lend a helping hand. The technology we work with is innovative and engaging, keeping the job interesting and me on my toes. The company's vision is grand and inspiring, making me feel like I am part of something significant. One of the best aspects is the flexibility in work, which provides an excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      While the work is engaging and rewarding, the workload can sometimes be overwhelming, requiring efficient time management skills. In addition, remote working, while providing flexibility, can sometimes isolate us from our team, leading to a slightly disconnected work experience. The company could improve by investing more in product knowledge training to ensure everyone is on the same page and understands the intricacies of our technology.

      It's Surprisingly Warm Inside the IGLOO!

      I absolutely loved my time at IGLOO. I felt supported and engaged. Pre-pandemic: - In-office regular food, drinks, fancy coffee machines - Nerf! - Hover boards (if you have the balance) - Games - Collab spaces During/post-pandemic: - Remote work flexibility - Regular learning opportunities, lunch and learns - Fun virtual events - Feeling supported during these crazy times General: - The people! Honestly, some of the best people I've worked with. - A lot of growth potential, especially in Eng - Small company atmosphere with a big growth mindset

      Cons

      - Fewer perks than some larger companies - Occasional disconnects between the business and engineering (it's getting way better) - Risk of silos with teams and technical knowledge still
