Growing company with lots of potential

Pros

I was at Arbie for a little over a year. It is not for everyone. It is a small company that values hard workers. If you want to learn, grow and be exposed to the full cycle of Real Estate, you will thrive. If you want a job where you count the minutes on the clock before you leave the office, it is not the right place for you. Even though everyone is hard working it is a casual environment. You can be yourself more than in any other company I’ve worked for. Company’s priority is on growing their business (they are) Many learning experiences with room for employees to grow professionally Young CEO who genuinely cares and invests in people Casual and friendly environment Salaries higher than market average

Cons

Learning curve can be steep for some (baptism by fire) No benefits Hours can be long Not much to do in the neighborhood Constant changes due to growth

Dear Agent, Unfortunately you did not enjoy your time with us. Achieving breakthrough results for each individual is our goal. When the desired goals are not achieved, blame becomes an ugly vehicle for justification. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your time with Arbie. I wish you the best for your future. Note: We are a diverse group which has a wide variety of races and sexual preferences. Arbie promotes a very respectful work environment where hard work and self expression is valued.
