ArbiterSports executive team does not value their employees. We were unpaid, not appreciated, given zero respect, and received minimal leadership from the Executive Team.
Employees are let go because they are “too expensive” leaving new employees without adequate training or senior mentors. Longevity within this company does not exist.
Customers, the individuals purchasing and using the ArbiterSports products, are left without adequate training and support. Not to mention the poor security features which allowed a ransom attack and data breach that impacted ~540,000 clients, leaking their personal identifiable information, including social security number, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, and passwords.
