There’s a consistent lack of appreciation for the work being done at the property level. Turnover is extremely high, even within corporate, which means new upper management cycles in frequently. Instead of addressing long‑standing structural issues, they tend to assume every problem is the fault of the newest property‑level manager. Those managers end up constantly chasing their tail because the support they need from corporate simply isn’t there. It creates a frustrating environment where people are set up to fail rather than empowered to succeed.

Upper Management has no interest in the advancement or growth of their employees/managers. Arbor lodging refuses to give raises while their CEO flys around in a private jet.
