As a fast pace growing company, we understand that this mindset doesn't always meet everyone's expectations and a growing culture at scale has "growing pains". We encourage feedback even if it's not always easy. We appreciate honestly upfront and not by trying to hurt our amazing company or a specific team via social's mostly when its very false.

Pros

Arbox was an amazing place to work with amazing people. I am so happy to have had this experience. The HR door was also open to help. They hire extremely nice and talented people. It is an extremely understanding company.

Cons

However, with the good we must take the bad. There is a lot of mis management and it sometimes easy to fall through the cracks. There is no loyalty, it does not matter how long you work there if they are done with you they are done with you. Even if you are a good employee. They do not look to help you grow from within the company. They do not properly set up goals with certain teams and do not set clear expectations. Making it harder for you to know what you have to do. Additionally, they get upset if you do not reach you goals even if you do not control the means to reach them ie sales.

Thank you for your feedback. Company at scale means growing fast, which means growing pains. Fast pace is not for everyone. We are defiantly aware of what we need to work on, and working on it for sure.
