Easy to get the job that's mean easy to get out too. Either you just don't like the environment and the job or you get fired for a little mistake. I still thank for the opportunity. I learn a lot about the industry. But the company just never appreciated your work.

- The management is not professional. - No chance to go to seminar or training. - They let you learn by yourself. - They are a big company, but pay so small. - No life balance, only work, nothing fun.

They are a big company, but they are act like they are not big and not professional. Easy to get hire, so they can pay you easy (small wage). They have a lot of office, so you can be moved somewhere anytime. You don't really know what's your task. People can give you anything to work. The upper management are rude.

Upward mobility Shop safety Discrimination/Prejudices (Some employees blatantly disrespect, or antagonize you in regards to your race, gender, political beliefs, sexuality. Some employees just simply refuse to work with you.)
