      Pros

      None Treat them mean keep them keen style of management, jobs for the boys or their family members.

      Cons

      Terrible company to work for. Too many rig managers with their fingers up their arses. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Constant threats about job security. Some drillers sat doing nothing all day and night smoking, causing accidents, blaming others for their mistakes or hiding incidents. The client needs to look at what's going on and the circus that is Archer.

      Pros

      Competitive benefits package, potential to learn from experienced and talented people, a good stepping stone to better things. And that’s about it.

      Cons

      Lack of competent management, fractured company image resulting in heavy departmentalisation where few departments actually talk to each other, poor treatment of staff, lack of investment in the company. Absolutely no progression opportunities unless you are related to a senior manager.
