Great People, horrible vision with no direction.

Work from Home, great flexibility, great people to work with daily. Work was enjoyable and impactful.

Cons

No clear vision or structure, can't even figure out how to create an org structure. VP in my area was the worst ive seen. No clear vision for their team and no way to show value within the company. Process and Tools changed constantly, and nothing stuck. It was a whirlwind of buzzwords and no growth.

I was hired 2 months ago and have done my job for 6 days. I have been pulled into other departments without my consent to do 80-100 calls a day to schedule appts when I am a processor
